We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund.

If we are out of helium and unable to fulfill your order, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

If the exact balloon style is out of stock, we will substitute it with a similar style of equal or greater value. We do our best to ensure the replacement closely matches your original choice.

If you are unsatisfied with the replacement balloon, please contact our customer service team, and we will work to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
